With a background in Client Service, my focus is on developing Account Managers into effective Client Leads.
Successful client relationships are critical to the success of any agency. There is no formal training for this and the juniorisation of the industry is leaving many teams light on experienced people for juniors to learn from. A confident client service leader can reduce the risk of client churn and help keep businesses and teams thriving.
I am also specialised in confidence building when returning from Parental Leave and coaching through Redundancy, providing much needed 1-on-1 support through these challenging career transitions.
